MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • What would you recommend for a 200 guest list?  We ask you to come have a tasting and go over the details — every wedding/event is custom-made to the bride and grooms liking.

  • Do you provide tables for the food?   Yes, we provide tables and black table cloths.  If you prefer a different color then you are responsible to supply it.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, etc.)?  Yes, most the meats, salads and sauces are gluten free and we can go over these options or any other concerns you have at the tasting.

  • How much do you charge for children’s meals?  Generally we count them as 1/2 a serving, but if they just nibble off mom & dad’s plate we don’t count them.  If they’re going to take a plate of an adult portion whether waist or eat, they should be a full count.  It is to try to estimate how much food to bring.  If you under estimate we may run out of food.

  • Do you provide plates, flatware and napkins? We only provide disposable at an additional fee, we do not rent dishes.

  • Do any beverages come with the food?  If you choose lemonade, ice tea and/or punch, yes it can be added to your menu at an additional fee.

  • Do you set up/serve/takedown?  If we cater the event (vs. pick up or delivery) yes, we set the buffet tables and take them down at no additional charge.

  • What is your policy on clean up?  If we cater the event we clean up after ourselves.  To buss tables and/or clean up around the whole venue this would be an extra charge.

  • If there is leftover food from my event, can we keep it?  Yes, we recommend you bring or designate someone to bring an ice chest and containers. The leftovers are yours to keep!

  • What is the last date by which I can give you a final guest count?  Once you’ve booked your date, the details need to be finalized no less than two weeks prior to the event.

  • Do you accept credit cards?  What is your payment policy?  Yes we accept credit cards,  checks or cash.  Payments are acceptable as long as the balance is paid in full two weeks prior to the event.

  • How much of a deposit is required to hold my date?  50% down if more than two weeks ahead.  If less than two weeks, payment in full is required.

  • When is the final payment due?  Two weeks prior to the event.

  • Are there any fees that won’t be included in the proposal that we should be aware of?  Gratuity is not added in, it is at your discretion.  Garbage is not our responsibility unless arrangements are made prior to the event otherwise there will be a disposal removal fee.  The rental of dishes and linens for your guest tables and the venue are your responsibility.

  • My fiancé loved your food at the wedding show and our decision will really be based on budget I was hoping you might be able to give me an average cost for 100-150 person weddingIt depends on which meats you choose, how many sides, appetizers, desserts, drinks, bread…..etc;  whether it’s catered, delivered, or you pick it up hot the day of.  It can also be picked up the day before and you have someone designated to heat and set it out for self serve.
