A deposit is required to reserve your date.  All events must be paid in full prior to delivery or service.   In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.  All other fees are non-refundable if cancellation happens in the last two weeks prior to the event. 

Catering charges include: 

  • Us bringing the food
  • We supply tables for the food
  • Setting up the food tables with food we bring 
  • Black table cloths for the food tables (unless you want to supply some to match everything else)
  • Chafing dishes
  • Fuel for chafing dishes
  • Ice for our food
  • Keeping the hot food hot and the cold food cold
  • Serving the meats
  • Cleaning up after ourselves
  • And we wash our own dishes and table cloths.   

Additional fees apply for:

  • Waiting tables  
  • Bussing tables  
  • Washing or rinsing rental dishes  
  • Gratuity - only if you choose
  • Disposal fee

  • What would you recommend for a 200 guest list?  We will need you to come have a tasting and go over the details – every wedding/event we do is custom-made to the bride and grooms liking. 

  • Do you provide tables for the food?  Yes, we provide tables, table cloths if you’re OK with black otherwise you provide us with some of your liking. 

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian)?  Yes, most everything we do is gluten free and we can go over the vegetarian options at your tasting.

  • How much do you charge for children’s meals?  We pretty much leave this to you, generally we count them as ½ a person.  But if they just nibble off mom & dad’s plate we don’t count them.  If they’re going to take a plate of an adult portion whether waist or eat they should be a full count.  It is to try to estimate how much food to bring.  If you under estimate we may run out of food. 

  • Do you provide plates, silverware and napkins?  We only provide disposable if you choose, we do not rent dishes. 

  • Do any beverages come with the food?  If you choose lemon aid, ice tea and/or punch yes it can be added to your menu. 

  • Do you do the set up/serve/takedown?  If you have us cater the event (vs pick up or delivery) yes, we set the food and food tables up and take them down also. 

  • What is your policy on cleanup?   Same as the question above, if we cater the event we clean up after ourselves.  To buss tables and/or clean up around the whole venue this would be an extra charge.

  • If there is leftover food from my event, can we keep it?  Yes, we recommend you bring or designate someone to bring an ice chest and containers and the leftovers are all yours to keep.

  • What is the last date by which I  can give you a final guaranteed guest count?   Once you’ve booked your date, we try to have all the details finalized no less than two weeks prior to the event.

  • What is your payment policy? Do you accept credit cards?  Check, cash or card works fine.  Payments are acceptable as long as the balance is paid in full no less than two weeks prior to the event. 

  • How much of a deposit is required to hold my date?   We recommend 50% down. 

  • When is the final payment due?  No less than two weeks prior to the event. 

  • Are there any fees that won’t be included in the proposal that we should be aware of?   Gratuity is not added in, but is at your discretion, not required.  Garbage is not our responsibility unless arrangements are made prior and then it will be added into your total.  Rental of the venue and dishes for your guests to eat off of is your responsibility.  Same with the linens for your guest tables. 

  •   My fiancé loved your food at the wedding show and our decision will really be based on budget. I was hoping you might be able to give me an average cost for a 100-150 person wedding.  It depends on which meats you choose, how many sides, any appetizers , deserts, drinks, bread…..Do you want us to cater it or do you want it delivered or you can pick it up hot the day of or the least expensive way is to pick it up even the day before and have someone designated to heat it and set it out for self serve.






All bookings must have a non refundable deposit of at least 50% down to reserve the date. All balances must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to service date.

Thanks for the selected meats done to perfection. I especially like the stuffed pork tenderloin and the tri tip, however when I had the party for my work they loved the pulled pork and all the trimmings, everyone commented for days afterwords on how good it was. It's nice to be able to have affordable meals prepared ahead and just heat them when I am ready.
